Programme Manager – Compassion Experience

Working under the direction of the Programme Director – Europe (Brewco Marketing Group) and working closely with the Head of Compassion Experience (Compassion UK), the Programme Manager will deliver on BMG’s contract with Compassion, which includes: ensuring successful programming, management of personnel, maintenance of equipment, vehicles and resources, representing Compassion during events, organising delivery, set up and packdown of infrastructure, attendance at meetings and various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage relationship between BMG and Compassion UK.
• Input into scheduling.
• Establish policies, procedures and safety guidelines for tour assets and staff and work within guidelines.
• Coordinate necessary equipment procurement, maintenance and inventory.
• Financial reporting.
• Actively participate in scheduled events.
• Manage drivers, contractors and volunteers.
• Provide direct communication with BMG supervisor on programme status (to include, but not be limited to, programme problems, missed shows, breakdowns, maintenance issues, schedule conflicts, staff issues, programme success stories, etc.)
• All other duties assigned.
