China Operations Director , China - International China Concern

Position Vacant:     China Operations Director

International China Concern is a Christian development organization working with China’s abandoned and disabled.   Our work is supported by a network of offices around the world that raise profile, fundraise, and encourage volunteers to work in our China projects.

We have a vacancy for an experienced China Operations Director to join our International Leadership Team and provide strategic leadership to our existing projects along with initiating, developing and implementing new projects within China.  Based in China, this role is pivotal in representing ICC in negotiations with the Chinese Government, expanding our vision in China, providing leadership to our key Managers and local staff as well as promoting a Christ centered work.

The successful candidate would preferably have worked within a social welfare or heath discipline, have a strong understanding of Chinese culture, be able to work across a diverse group of people and hold fluency in Mandarin.

ICC is a volunteer organisation, however this vacancy is being advertised with a salary that will be negotiated at time of offer.  As part of the International Leadership team a degree of funded international travel will also be required.
