Volunteers in Zambia, Zambia - Lifespring Foundation Africa

The Lifespring Foundation (Africa) is offering short term volunteer placements for Christian volunteers wanting to have an experience of life in Zambia whilst helping with the projects for widows, orphans and vulnerable families.

Volunteer accomodation is provided at Lifespring Farm at discounted rates. Volunteers can come for anything from 2 weeks to 3 months & are responsible for covering the costs of their flights, visa and travel insurance etc. 

Volunteers are able to have a mixed programme of activities within all LSFA projects in Ndola, Zambia unless they specifically request one main area of interest. 

• School for Orphaned Children - assisting teaching staff plus music, sports, arts, drama
• Home Based Care & Empowerment programme for people with HIV/Aids
• Support group for children who are HIV+
• Maize mill - empowering vulnerable families
• Youth Group - sports, social, pastoral
• General maintenance, decorating, building, farming
