Programme Manager, Madagascar - Mission Aviation Fellowship
Submitted: 26/01/12 ; Closing Date: OpenBased in Antananarivo, Madagascar the post-holder will be involved in managing the operational services offered to customers working in areas of need.
A key component of the role will be managing and improving the programme's service delivery to ensure
maximum impact, in line with MAF's organisational strategy.
Responsibilities will include developing partnerships with service users, ensuring flight operations are conducted in a safe and efficient fashion and supporting the effective performance and wellbeing of the MAF
team.
The ideal candidate will have either team management and/or project management experience involving working with others; personal experience of working in a developing country and experience of working in
aviation or a related field.
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential, in addition to a willingness to learn French.
