International Director, Anywhere - MMM International Alliance

MMM International Alliance Inc. is a ministry providing voluntary building, construction and renovation services through voluntary teams to Christian missions and ministries. Through MMM, people with building related abilities are able to use their skills in service to God. The International Board is seeking a suitable person to fulfill the role of International Director. MMM International Alliance brings together MMM member centres in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Zambia as well as associate member centres in Thailand, Fiji and South Africa.

The International Director will bring leadership to the MMM International Alliance and be responsible for international growth and development. Administrative, financial management and strategic planning are required skills. The International Director will be a good communicator, have the ability to promote and fund raise and be able to work cross culturally in an international context. Some understanding of the building industry is an advantage.

This position is currently Australia based but the future location is dependent on the applicant. Generally MMM team members are supported by a sending church and a personal partnership team. Suitable remuneration may be considered for this position.
