Graduate or Intern Water Development Engineers, Ecuador - HCJB Global
Submitted: 15/12/11 ; Closing Date: OpenCivil/environmental/sanitation engineering students are needed to assist rural communities with the construction, maintenance,administration and follow-up of appropriate sustaining water supply and sanitation. (1-2 years)
The opportunity includes acquisition of both field and office skills for sanitary engineering in third-world countries. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in this ministry and willingness to learn and adapt their skills to the needs of rural Ecuadorian communities. Bible knowledge and biblical orientation for holistic community development are required. Willingness to work and travel in remote isolated areas; and an ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural team of professionals with varied skills are required. Spoken and written Spanish language ability preferred. Those without Spanish language ability would need to commit to a period of language acquisition.
This position is non-salaried as all HCJB Global missionaries look to God to provide their personal needs.
