Deputy Operations Manager, Tanzania - Mission Aviation Fellowship

This person will be responsible for the day to day management of the operations department in Dodoma.  The post holder will ensure the safe and efficient organisation and scheduling of MAF aircrew and aircraft whilst making sure operations comply with applicable standards, legislation and policies.
They will additionally support the performance and development of the Operations team.

Candidates who have held operations appointments in commercial or military aviation environments in an operations role will be preferred, along with those who hold, or who have recently held, a PPL or who
have been military aircrew.

Flexibility, service orientation and good communications skills are a requirement of this post along with experience of having worked in a management capacity.
