Administrator, Asia - WEC International

Asia - To oversee all office administration in a rural area. This will include accounting, word processing, writing funding proposals and reports, working with and overseeing local staff and general office duties.

Vacancies also in:
Canada - To assume full responsibility for the administrative and financial office at Gateway Missionary training College. Expected to be part of the community and involved in its daily life, activities and work.
Gambia - Urgently needed: a motivated person to fill the role of Field Administrator. Main responsibility is to manage the office, dealing with accounts, salaries and general admin.
Gambia - Includes correspondence and phone calls, finances and book keeping, statistics, monitoring of use of equipment, report writing as well as many small practical jobs necessary to run a medical clinic and mission station. Position can be combined with other ministries, e.g. maintenance, teaching in schools etc.
South Africa - Person required to set up policies and procedures (documented) to assist in general office procedures and duties, for outreach project in Natal.
South Africa - Responsible for office administration, promotion, camp site administration in Pretoria. There are possibilities for outreach to the community, especially in children and youth work.
Spain - General administrative tasks. The role may cross over a number of different ministries depending upon the need at the time. The person should be IT literate and able to train/teach others basic IT skills.
UK - Work as part of WEC Youth Team, with particular responsibilities for the office administration leading up to our summer camps.
UK - To provide administrative support for UK leadership. Working as part of a team, dealing with personnel and confidential matters.
UK - Working with the UK administrator to assist in the management of legal and financial matters relating to the charity and its workers.

These positions are non-salaried as all WEC personnel look to God to provide their personal needs.

In recent years WEC has renewed its focus on reaching people and planting churches where there is as yet no church. As a result we are seeking to build up viable church planting teams for work in many countries all around the world.
