Grace International School, Bangladesh (GIS)
The mission of Grace International School is to provide high quality child-centred teaching and education based on a British curriculum in a Christian environment for expatriate children in Bangladesh. Grace International School offers education for children aged between 3 and 16 years.
Approximately 230 students attend Grace from more than 30 countries: developing friendships across so many cultures creates an enriching international atmosphere. Children benefit from small class sizes, western-trained teachers and a stimulating classroom environment. The atmosphere amongst the students at Grace is truly special: they really do come enthusiastically to school each day! Our aim is that all students flourish academically, socially and spitritually.
The teaching staff is the greatest resource in any school. We are privileged to have a thoroughly committed, competent and professional teaching staff at Grace International School. Currently our teachers are from Uk, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Cameroon and Bangladesh. There is a great team spirit and a real unity between members of staff. We seek colleagues with strong teaching skills but also individuals who love working with children and would relish the challenge of serving in a stimulating part of the developing world.
