CPMS will bring to your situation:
- Counselling for individuals, or members of staff of an organisation who are experiencing emotional difficulties which they would like to resolve;
- Mediation as a means of resolving difficult relationship problems between individuals;
- Mediation in organisational disputes that leads to creative perspectives on purpose, vision and objectives;
- An integration of personnel and organisational review with mediation, counselling skills and a sensitivity to the boundaries arising from HR legislation.
CPMS mediators tend to work exclusively with Christian organisations, eg churches and para-church, and bring an understanding of and empathy with the Christian values that secular mediators cannot match.
