The Highbury Centre (formerly The Foreign Missions Club), Highbury, London

The Highbury Centre is ideally situated in the heart of London in a delightful conservation area, yet it is only three miles from the centre of the capital. The Highbury Centre was founded in 1893, as The Foreign Missions Club, and over the years has provided accommodation to thousands of missionaries, Christian ministers, overseas visitors and guests of all denominations. Most are short stay visitors but those who are attending courses or studying may stay up to three months.

Self contained with own entrance in Victorian house, will take two adults comfortably or families with one/two small children. Designated car parking available.  Located in Kent, 25 miles south east of London.
Well equipped, furnished and centrally heated, with large kitchen/diner, lounge (with bed settee for occasional use), bathroom and two bedrooms (small second reached through first).  Linen provided. Garden available well equipped for children (swing, slide, climbing frame etc) and barbecues etc.
2005 costs are £620/month inclusive of local tax, water and energy. Discount for those in Christian service/special cases.
Easy reach of London by rail, coach or car (about one hour), 45 minutes by road from Gatwick Airport and about 1½ hrs. from Heathrow.  The M25 is fifteen minutes away for access to all motorways and Dover is one hour for access to the continent.
Ten minutes walk to the railway station, buses, shops and amenities. River Thames fifteen minutes walk.  BlueWater shopping complex, the biggest in Europe of its kind, is fifteen minutes by car.
