With a name like Wycliffe Associates, it is obvious we are interested in Bible Translation! Many of the services we offer are related to this huge task.
BUT – we have many more general services which we are glad to offer to mission organisations and missionaries like yourself.
In fact we love to solve problems!
Imagine – you are flying into London from ---------- (you fill in the blank), and 24 hours later flying on to the States for meetings. What can you do in those 24 hours? We do have a number of people near the London airports who might be able to give you a bed and space. If we can’t help directly, we can also recommend inexpensive B&B accommodation in the London Area.
We also have people all over the UK who offer their homes, caravans, flats and so on for either short- or longer-term stays. Travelling on deputation and need somewhere to stay for one to two nights? We’d love to help! Need a short holiday away from the hustle and bustle? Again we have a lot of people longing to be asked.
We would be glad to help you in any of the above ways.

Magazine Service
Perhaps you would like some magazines sending to you and your family for light reading? We have volunteers in the UK willing to send what you need. We try and match you up with someone offering what you want, at no cost to you. Contact magazines@wa-uk.org
Shopping
Are there some things you cannot obtain where you are, which are vital for your work? Do you need regular medicines such as anti-malarials? We can buy and ship such items to you. We are good at finding spares for broken machines, car parts and so on! The only cost to you is the price of the item and the actual shipping cost.
