To enable our long-term workers to stay on the field, we are recruiting teachers to work either as home tutors in isolated areas of Africa and Asia or to join the staff of mission schools serving our missionary community. WEC runs its own school in Senegal, West Africa, but to meet the needs of our missionary children we are also dependent on others such as Grace International School in Thailand. Many of these schools have openings for both Primary and Secondary teachers (in various subjects) for the coming academic year. Most positions are on a non-salaried personal support basis.

What motivates 1800 people from 50 different nationalities and a wide range of ages and qualifications to move out of their comfort zones, learn to work together in teams, study one or more new languages, and adjust to different living standards and climates? A passion for Jesus - and a heart for the lost!
In WEC we take seriously and personally His command to make disciples from all nations. Using a wide variety of ministries, our aim is to see fellowships of local believers meeting together in hundreds of cities, towns and villages around the world where at present no Christian group exists.
