International China Concern have a vacancy for a Social Welfare Training Manager to be based in Changsha City, Hunan, China.
This role requires coordination and facilitation, not necessarily hands on training.
- Ensure the annual training schedule is planned, advertised, coordinated and executed with International China Concern employees and external participants
- Update current training courses and develop additional training programmes as required
- Develop relationships with Chinese social welfare centres and partner with them to provide relevant training in disability care and management
- Develop curricula to meet the needs of social welfare leaders.
Skills The role requires a strong communicator with well developed organisational skills. An ability to either develop training materials or work with others to produce a programme to meet China’s social welfare needs is essential
Language Mandarin Chinese is desirable otherwise acquisition is required on the field
