Friends International is an evangelical mission agency dedicated to encouraging and equipping UK churches to reach international students for Christ. We were recently quoted as being the fastest growing mission organisation in the UK. We currently have over 60 staff members working in 30 university towns and cities across the UK.
Friends International is looking to develop its thriving ministry to international students in the UK and is seeking a National Director who will build on the excellent work done thus far and lead the organisation to the next level. In order to have the desired impact and influence in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, change management and a keen understanding of cross-cultural mission.
Driven by a passion for the Christian faith as well as relationship building and networking, you will wisely implement many of the recent recommendations of a strategic review, and further develop a strong and high-trust infrastructure to support the ministry’s development over the next five years.
Your spiritual maturity and sense of vocation will enable you to lead the work forward with clear, consequential thinking and planning, coupled with high standards of integrity. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to represent the organisation well, enhancing its profile throughout the Christian community.
