Based in Mumbai, India and run by a group of Christian educators from UK, USA, Australia and India, we reach out to many education establishments around the country, both Christian and not, rich and poor, rural and urban, seeking to further equip teachers and enable effective education for children, as well as be salt and light in each situation.
Although a registered company which provides a paid service, all overseas staff work as volunteers thus enabling us to provide low cost services to those who cannot afford much; as well as to pay, train up and develop Indian staff with the aim of self-sustainability.

Positions vacant:
Pre-primary, Primary or Secondary Teacher Trainers English / Hindi / Marathi speakers:
- To train teachers within schools, colleges and other educational establishments to international standards
- To develop training sessions within their specialism
‘Teaching English as a Foreign Language’ Teachers:
- To conduct training courses with adults or children learning English as a second or third language
- To develop a progressive and systematic course
Curriculum Developers
- To work within a team to develop schemes, lesson plans, activities and worksheets
- To develop assessment guidelines and stages related to local curriculum
Marketing Officer:
- Co-ordination and booking of trainings, conferences etc.
- To locate, visit and talk with schools and educational establishments
- To source and engage manufacturers for Teaching Aids
- To develop a marketing strategy
Designer:
- To oversee and develop DE web site
- To produce regular newsletters
- To design promotional literature
- To design new teaching aids and resources
- To design for books
- To work with the Marketing Manager and Teaching Aid Development Department
Positions available on a voluntary basis for periods of one month or more, long term preferable.
