Action Partners - Pioneers are looking for a Mission Mobiliser Coordinator to join their small office team in Bawtry. The person will encourage a new generation of Christians to engage in frontier mission though working with a small mobilisation team. Priority in mobilisation is given to enquirers who sense they are called to long-term service, helping them to a point where they are able to commit to partnering with Pioneers.
The coordinator will be involved in a range of strategic, administrative and promotional activities to realise this overall objective. Other essential office functions may be incorporated in this role.
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for frontier mission and an enthusiastic Christian faith
- Strong administrative, coordination and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and be a positive team member
- Good interpersonal skills to relate to a wide range of people
- The ability to journey with potential workers
- The willingness to consider raising a level of personal support to supplement a salary
