Action Partners - Pioneers are looking for a Finance Officer, possibly to include overseeing the office team, to join their small office team based in Bawtry. The suitable person will be responsible for the range of finance and administrative functions of a registered charity and company not for gain; satisfy legal obligations and ensure short and long-term financial stability and key financial objectives.
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for frontier mission and an enthusiastic Christian faith
- Appropriate financial and administration skills and experience
- The ability to work independently and be a positive team member
- Interpersonal skills to relate to a wide range of people
- The ability to meet deadlines and manage change
- The willingness to consider raising a level of personal support to supplement a salary
