How are you doing? Are you thriving or are you stressed and burnt out? How can you even tell when you're in the thick of it? Headington Institute provides a series of self-assessment tools for aid workers about stress, burnout, trauma and coping. They're not designed to replace a human assessment but can help you determine whether you're fine or whether you need to change your lifestyle and/or seek further help.
