OSCAR has put together a resource stand with the aim of providing information for those interested or involved in mission. This stand has appeared at various events including New Wine in 2006 and 2007 plus a host of other church and mission organisation events and conferences. It has proved very popular with delegates. The stand is designed to be part of any event or conference of any organisation or church and provide valuable advice to attendees, whether they are staff, field personnel or individual supporters of the organisation or mission in general.

The main feature of the stand is a series of 24 resource sheets aimed at providing help on various practical aspects of mission. The topics of these sheets are as follows:

If you want to provide these sheets on your own display, you may print them yourself (click on each title above to download each sheet in pdf format; to download the whole set, see mrsheets.zip). Bear in mind that the sheets will be updated every 6 months or so, so you may need to renew your copies periodically.

We are also willing to come and provide the whole display stand for your event at no cost to you*. When this is the case, we can bring a laptop computer and other display materials to enhance the stand. We can also provide an advisor who can give expert advice on any aspect of resourcing mission to your delegates or event visitors.
